Two-tone shortbread biscuits with just one click.

The first biscuit press with 2 dough chambers. By Betty Bossi, Swiss specialist in cookware and bakeware.

No tedious rolling out, layering, cutting out, assembling, etc. Forget the food grinder. Simply fill one chamber with light-coloured dough and the other with dark dough. Put them together, attach the nozzle – and that’s it.
1 click – 1 biscuit.
A short press on the handle, and the built-in piston dispenses exactly the right amount of dough from each chamber – directly onto the baking tray. The spring-loaded metal ring makes it easier to place the biscuits cleanly. This way, large quantities of two-coloured biscuits are produced in no time at all – each as perfect as the other.

To change the pattern, simply unscrew the template holder and insert the desired shape. Filling quantity approx. 110ml per dough chamber – results in approx. 35 - 40 biscuits per batch. The transparent containers mean you can keep an eye on the quantity of dough at all times.
Can be disassembled for cleaning. Dishwasher safe.
Press made of plastic and stainless steel, 50cm (19.7") high, 10cm (3.9") in diameter, weighs approx. 400g (14.1 oz.). 6 stainless steel templates included.
