As a result of the Brexit, Pro-Idee is temporarily closing its UK online shop (www.proidee.co.uk) until further notice. We apologise for the inconvenience. Everything you might want to know about the situation is to be found in the FAQs below. It will surely help you navigate through this change and answer the most frequent questions you might ask yourself regarding ordering, shipping, delivering and many other areas which are impacted by the closing of our online shop. Why is it no longer possible to order from the UK?
Pro-Idee brings your orders in from the Continent. Due to the new import regulations in connection with Brexit, we are currently unable to make deliveries. We very much hope to be able to supply the UK market again shortly. Please visit our website from time to time for news.
What is the ultimate date for my order?
Unfortunately we do not accept any more orders for deliveries to the UK at the moment. Any possible backorder has been cancelled. Should you have made any payments, these have been refunded. For orders with delivery addresses outside the UK, please visit any of our other Pro-Idee websites: www.proidee.de, www.proidee.fr, www.proidee.nl, www.proidee.at or www.proidee.ch. We will be happy to accept and carry out your orders!
Will I still be able to get support from Pro-Idee customer service?

How can I return my goods?
Your statutory right of withdrawal applies to all orders placed by 02 December 2020. For a hassle free processing of your returns please ship your goods to Pro-Idee,Woodview Road, Paignton, TQ4 7SR by 24 December 2020 at the latest.
What if my Pro-Idee product develops a fault within the guarantee period?

Please write your address and cheque number on the back of your cheque. Cheques may be held to clear before certain goods are dispatched.
By credit card:
Just let us know the credit card number, expiry date and security code in the signature space on the rear of the card. We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express or Diners . The amount due will be on hold once you have placed your order and will not be charged to your credit card until the merchandise has be dispatched.
For your webshop orders you are also able to use PayPal to make your purchase.

Deliveries within the UK
Delivery: Within 3-5 working days.
We will deliver 3-5 days from date of order. If you have not received it by then please telephone to check.
Postage and packing:
The flat rate for postage and packing is £3,99 per order. Backorders will be shipped at no extra charge. Delivery to Channel Islands £8.95.
Express service (£6,99 extra)
Order Monday to Friday before 16.00 or on Saturday before 11.00, for delivery within two working days (Monday to Friday) at the latest. In many areas of the UK, even within 24 hours.
Products marked with a will be delivered by courier and will cost an additional £25 per delivery (regardless of the amount of products ordered carrying this symbol).

Insurance, flat rate postage and packing for foreign deliveries are:

Value added tax and customs:
- EU internal market:
For deliveries to the following EU countries, we will charge you the locally applicable VAT: Belgium, Germany, France, the Netherlands, Italy and Spain. For deliveries to all other EU countries, the currently valid German VAT is included in the price.
- EFTA countries and third countries:
We deduct the valid German VAT from the catalogue price. The delivering postal service charges the customary national VAT rate. Additional customs duties may apply.

- Gift Wrapping Service:
We offer an exclusive gift wrapping serivce with our very own Pro-Idee wrapping paper. Only £2.50 per item.
- Sending a gift:
We can send any product to a separate address in the UK as a gift, and there will also be a note inside the parcel telling the recipient who sent it to them. Please allow postage and packaging for each address. The invoice will be sent directly to you.
- Gift certificates
A gift certificate always makes a great gift. Simply insert the amount and add your personal message here.
There are many Pro-Idee products you won't be able to find anywhere else. However, if you do manage this, you still have the benefit of the Pro-Idee price guarantee:
Should you find a more favourable retail offer in the UK for an identical product within three month of delivery, please get in touch with our Customer Service department at Pro-Idee. We will always strive to find a fair solution. You have the right to return the goods to us free of charge and request a refund of the total purchase price.
"Reward for the finder":
Even if you're not going to place an order we would like to hear if you know that a Pro-Idee product can be bought cheaper elsewhere. Such a tip deserves a special thank you and a small bonus. And of course it's a great help for us when it comes to our next negotiations with the manufacturer.
3-year long-term guarantee at no extra cost
Pro-Idee offers a three year guarantee for the quality of the goods delivered.
The Pro-Idee long-term guarantee is valid in the UK for 3 years starting from the date of invoice.
Your warranty rights as required by law remain unaffected. Details concerning manufacturer warranties can be viewed directly on the individual product pages of our website. Manufacturer warranties are not subject of our guarantee promise and do not justify any claims against Pro-Idee.
Should your product not function properly despite proper handling we will immediately, at our discretion, have the item repaired free of charge, replace it or reimburse the purchasing price. The guarantee does not cover normal wear and tear.
