Why is it no longer possible to order from the UK?
Pro-Idee brings your orders in from the Continent. Due to the new import regulations in connection with Brexit, we are currently unable to make deliveries. We very much hope to be able to supply the UK market again shortly. Please visit our website from time to time for news.
What is the ultimate date for my order?
Unfortunately we do not accept any more orders for deliveries to the UK at the moment. Any possible backorder has been cancelled. Should you have made any payments, these have been refunded. For orders with delivery addresses outside the UK, please visit any of our other Pro-Idee websites: www.proidee.de, www.proidee.fr, www.proidee.nl, www.proidee.at or www.proidee.ch. We will be happy to accept and carry out your orders!

How can I return my goods?
Your statutory right of withdrawal applies to all orders placed by 02 December 2020. For a hassle free processing of your returns please ship your goods to Pro-Idee,Woodview Road, Paignton, TQ4 7SR by 24 December 2020 at the latest.
What if my Pro-Idee product develops a fault within the guarantee period?
