A practical items is rarely this smart: The trench coat by rainwear specialists Knirps®.
Water-repellent and breathable. Stowable and wonderfully light. Washable and quick-drying.
Ever since the German engineer, Hans Haupt, invented the telescopic frame umbrella in 1928, the Knirps® brand has been famous all over the world. Nowadays, the company also offers a trench coat for pocket-size protection against the weather: A packable raincoat, which looks really smart (even with a dark business suit) – and yet it protects you reliably against cloudbursts.
With sealed seams on the shoulders, neckline and arm holes.
So even in severe rainstorms, not a drop of water will penetrate the breathable shell. And to ensure you feel comfortable in all weather conditions, the sleeves have additional ventilation holes.
When folded only 28 x 10 x 10 cm (11" x 3.9" x 3.9"): This way your trench coat will comfortably fit in (almost) every bag.
Just stow it in one of its two buttoned side pockets (recognised by the red zip fastener). Since it only weighs 520g (18.3 oz) in size L, you can always have this coat with you in case of an unexpected rain shower. The belt is long enough to be knotted.
Classic double breasted style with long back vent, sleeve tabs, shoulder pads and high closing revere collar. Length in size M: 105.5cm (41.5"). Shell and lining 100% polyester. Machine wash.
