Using an elaborate process, 6 layers of 1 mm thick beech wood sheets are cut from the logs, glued in double layers and pressed under high pressure. The so-called two-layer beech wood is therefore very strong, but at the same time can be bent to form a smooth curve, without breaking. The cone-shaped basket is made from one piece; only the bottom is inserted separately.
Also perfect for storing newspapers and craft work.
Exterior stained in black, white or brown to match your decor. Interior kept in its natural tone, so that the elegant beech wood grain remains visible. Handle opening on one side. Can be wiped clean. Size approx. 28cm (11") H. Interior diameter at the top: 22.5cm (8.9"). Weight approx. 0.5kg (1.1 lbs). Capacity 7.5l. Design: Henry Huang.
