A fitness innovation – developed, tested and manufactured in Germany.
The water-filled Slashpipe®. For an effective full-body workout based on the chaos principle.
It particularly strengthens the upward back muscles and abs.
In contrast to classic exercises focused on strength, this workout is also good for stabilising deep muscular areas. It helps to improve your posture and prevent physical problems.
Continuous workout improvements instead of unwanted loss of effectiveness.
Whether standing, lying or sitting, thanks to the continuously changing impulses you can enjoy an optimal workout, even after many repetitions. A study in sports science confirms the highest workout efficiency (see Box).
Awarded the renowned AGR (Aktion Gesunder Rücken e.V.; Campaign for Healthier Backs) seal of approval.

Measuring the neuromuscular activation while using the SLASHPIPE at the Bergischen Universität Wuppertal in Germany has shown that:
Compared to working out with barbell bars, the electromyographical activation of the muscles during 4 standard exercises (neck press, side bending, exercises for your back and squats) increases by approx. 5%. Also, the activation peaks are almost twice as high (up to 35,9 in comparison to the median of 18,9 µV). Evaluation study, February 21, 2014
Sports science expert Prof. Dr. Jürgen Freiwald explains:
„The Slashpipe generates a momentum due to the movements of the water. This momentum cannot be controlled. It has a random, chaotic nature. These exercises require strong coordinating capabilities, and, depending on the exercises, it addresses the balance skills and sensory motor functions, and potentially develops them.“
A selection of enthusiastic responses from the media and professionals:
“There is a good reason why the Aktion Gesunder Rücken (AGR) e.V. awards sports equipment with a seal of approval. Especially when it has been so well thought out, up to the smallest detail, like the Slashpipe.” AGR-Magazin, issue 26/2014, Germany
“Every training session is a delight for all the senses; the eyes follow the movement of the water, the ears hear this sound. Workouts with the Slashpipe are like a day at the beach.” ProOrtho Life Journal 2014, Germany
“Reacting constantly to the water’s movements leads to stronger muscles and improves the cooperation between the muscles.” Aktion Gesunder Rücken e.V., 52/2014, Germany
“Slashpipes are not just a hit in gyms, they are becoming more and more popular among therapists.” unternehmen praxis, January 2015, Germany
“The water-filled “Slashpipes” make the entire body fit.” fit for fun, March 2015, Germany
