As a result of the Brexit, Pro-Idee is temporarily closing its UK online shop (www.proidee.co.uk) until further notice. We apologise for the inconvenience. It will surely help you navigate through this change and answer the most frequent questions you might ask yourself regarding ordering, shipping, delivering and many other areas which are impacted by the closing of our online shop. Why is it no longer possible to order from the UK?
Pro-Idee brings your orders in from the Continent. Due to the new import regulations in connection with Brexit, we are currently unable to make deliveries. We very much hope to be able to supply the UK market again shortly. Please visit our website from time to time for news.
What is the ultimate date for my order?
Unfortunately we do not accept any more orders for deliveries to the UK at the moment. Any possible backorder has been cancelled. Should you have made any payments, these have been refunded. For orders with delivery addresses outside the UK, please visit any of our other Pro-Idee websites: www.proidee.de, www.proidee.fr, www.proidee.nl, www.proidee.at or www.proidee.ch. We will be happy to accept and carry out your orders!

How can I return my goods?
Your statutory right of withdrawal applies to all orders placed by 02 December 2020. For a hassle free processing of your returns please ship your goods to Pro-Idee,Woodview Road, Paignton, TQ4 7SR by 24 December 2020 at the latest.
What if my Pro-Idee product develops a fault within the guarantee period?

The ingeniously versatile and original cooking bricks by RÖMERTOPF® Keramik.
All-rounder for tasty, low-fat and low-calorie barbecuing, braising, stewing, roasting, etc. Free from harmful substances and temperature shock resistant up to 900°C (!).

Simply put sliced peppers, aubergines, etc. in the Brick and then put it on the barbecue. Cooked in their own juices, your vegetables retain their flavour and nutrients and are ready in less than 30 minutes. Fish and meat are succulent and tender. Or bake lasagne, casseroles, bread, cakes, etc. The fine-pored natural clay gets as hot as cast iron, but gives off the heat much more slowly and evenly. The previously hydrated lid prevents the natural juices of the ingredients from evaporating. Without the lid, also ideal for gratinating.
