Professional chefs swear by cookware made from copper. No other metal conducts and disperses heat better or more quickly, nor looks so elegant. This premium cookware is made of solid, 2mm thick copper (instead of often only covered with 0.8-1mm of copper) and is made by hand. The ceramic non-stick coating which is fused to the body is extremely durable, robust, abrasion-resistant and heat-resistant to 250°C.
Combines the outstanding heating qualities of copper with the speed and precision of modern induction hobs.
Using a ferromagnetic coating and the magnetic field arising from this, the heat disperses within seconds over the entire internal pan body. These pots and pans react immediately even to the smallest changes in temperature, which means you can optimally dose the heat and your food will cook evenly. Fish, egg dishes, tricky sauces ... will all turn out perfectly.
Of course, these pots and pans are suitable for all other types of cookers.
Easy-care matt copper. Rinsing by hand recommended. Use the metal care product (available separately) to get a warm copper and brass sheen.
