Percussion therapy is the new trend in deep tissue massage and is already being used by many physiotherapists, chiropractors and sports coaches. The combination of vibration and a punching motion sends high-frequency impulses into the muscle and connective tissue. Massage guns are also ideal to help warm up muscles ahead of movement and support regeneration afterwards – or simply for relaxation.
