Very few fashionable sneakers have such a positive ecological footprint. So far, Ecoalf has had more than 500 tons of plastic waste – mostly used PET bottles – recycled.
Production uses less energy and releases fewer greenhouse gases than usual.
In addition to recycled polyester, the waterproof outer fabric contains Sorona®: A particularly environmentally friendly fibre made of renewable raw vegetable material. This is what makes these sneakers so pleasantly light, breathable and wonderfully stretchy.
Upper 59% recycled polyester, 41% Sorona. Top of the outer sole: 82% ethylene vinyl acetate (EVA), 18% algae. Bottom outer sole: Thermoplastic rubber (TPR).
