World novelty: The first porcelain suitable for use on induction hobs. Professional quality from Eschenbach.
Winner of multiple awards. Suitable for hob, oven, grill, freezer and microwave. Also a focal point on the table.
Strong enough for heavy use in the catering industry.
The special porcelain (cordierite) is baked hard at 1,400°C; then glazed to make it cut and scratch-resistant and non-stick. Thanks to the thickness of its solid walls, it is extremely robust, impact-resistant, shockproof and has break-resistant edges.
Temperature resistant from -20°C to +700 °C (!). Flameproof. Dishwasher safe.
The professional porcelain can even handle sudden changes in temperature (up to 250°C) without damage.
Braising, stewing, baking, grilling, toasting. Cook and serve – just like in a gourmet restaurant.
Serve braised dishes, pasta, risotto... straight from the hob. Casseroles, gratins, parfaits... all can come straight out of the oven or freezer and put on the table directly. The flat lid (supplied) can also be used as a coaster, serving platter or plate. The neutral white colour and the clean shapes blend beautifully with all tableware and table decorations. Made in Germany by one of the leading manufacturers of household and catering porcelain in Germany.
