Ingenious meat roller with fin profile.

Can also be used as a traditional meat tenderiser with 2 profiles. Developed in collaboration with top chef Jürgen Hamedinger.

The “Shark” gently and easily rolls out and flattens cuts of meat, loosening the fibres without tearing them. As a result, the juice stays in the tissue and the meat becomes really tender.
Perfect to use as a tenderiser for steaks, schnitzels etc.
Simply select the right head: One face is flat while the other features a ribbed texture. The 22cm (8.7") long handle has a coating for good grip.
100% non-stick. Hygienic to clean in the dishwasher.
Made of food safe ABS and TPE plastic. Size 28 x 6cm (11" x 2.4") (L x diameter). Weight approx 450g (1 lbs).
