Simply shrink-wrap the spiced or marinated ingredients in a vacuum bag. Set the water temperature (35 - 90°C) and cooking time (up to 72 hours, tables included) with the control knob. Now just place the vacuum-sealed bags into the water bath – and the rest is done by the device automatically. You can attend to your guests without worrying.

Vitamins, nutrients and flavours are preserved; aromas are concentrated. Even steaks can be cooked to perfection. You do not have to forego the wonderful crust and roast aromas. E.g. you can let a medium veal tenderloin simmer at approx. 58°C for about 2 hours in the water bath. Then just brown it for 10-15 seconds in a pan – delicious.
Nothing overcooks, boils uncontrollably or dries out.
Once the food being cooked reaches the target temperature, it will no longer cook further in the continuously controlled water bath. You can keep food warm for hours without a second thought – and without loss of taste or quality.
A gentle low-temperature cooker.
Simply use the 3 l cooking insert included instead of the bag holder. Fish and meat cook particularly gently to become tender at a mild, below-boiling-point temperature.
