Ingeniously versatile teppanyaki plate for all types of hobs and for the in-oven grill.

Made of highly conducting cast aluminium with ceramic reinforced DURIT Resist non-stick coating. 100% German quality.

Fish and meat, seafood, vegetables, pancakes etc. You can make a wide variety of dishes on this teppanyaki plate made of cast aluminium. Low fat and fast. Cooked gently or fried to a crispy brown. Depending on your mood and the weather, you can use the hob (suitable for all types of hob including induction) or go outside and use your gas or electric BBQ (max. 250°C).
Extremely robust non-stick coating (PTFE) from the Swiss specialist ILAG. Non-stick even with low-fat cooking.
PFOA-free, ceramic reinforced, scratch and abrasion resistant, developed for professional use.
Full 1,000cm² (155in²) cooking surface (instead of only half – as with a conventional frying pan).
The massive cast aluminium tray stores and conducts the heat to the optimum. The elongated shape also makes it ideal for preparing whole fish or several dishes at the same time. The 2cm high (0.8") rim catches cooking fluids and the fat groove ensures that excess oil and fat run off.
From the hob or grill straight to the table.
Can be carried safely on 2 upright handles.
Also ideal for defrosting without heat.
The cast aluminium absorbs the ambient heat and transfers it to the frozen food. So, food defrosts faster on this plate than on plastic, wood or porcelain. And much more gently than in the microwave. Measures (including handles) 41 x 24 x 5.5cm (16.1" x 9.4" x 2.2") (W x D x H), weighs 2.45kg (5.4 lbs). Ovenproof up to 250°C. Silicone feet prevent scratches on your induction hob, as well as slipping during use (remove before use for other types of heat source). Thanks to the non-stick coating and smooth surface, it is particularly easy to clean. TÜV Rheinland/GS-tested safety.* Durable quality product by German professional manufacturer EUROLUX®.
