No comparison to simple fish bone-removing tools: Like KAI’s famous knives, these fish bone tweezers are a perfect example of precision, ergonomics and functionality. The tips of the 14mm (0.6") wide gripping edges are extra thinly ground and close with 100% accuracy. Even the finest bones do not slip out. Plus, the inwardly curving gripping ends allow you to easily get under the ends of the bones without damaging the fish flesh.

The centre of gravity is located in the back part of the solid stainless steel tweezers. This way they sit balanced in the hand and require less strength. Also ideal for filleting larger quantities.
