The “Kolibri” porcelain serie was developed in collaboration with him for both his own top restaurant and for you. By ASA Selection/Germany.

In his 2 star top restaurant TIM RAUE in Berlin, the top chef, serves his creations on the fine porcelain by ASA Selection.
For special ­occasions as well as in everyday life.
The plates have the shape of a wide circle. The bowls rise gently. No distracting decoration. Straight after the market launch, it won the IF Design Award and it was awarded the kitchen innovation prize ‟Kücheninnovation 2016”.A design with a clean and simple look – and focuses on fine foods. Enhances every lovingly set table.
On the gently shimmering glaze food looks like it is floating on water.
As a tribute to the Ming dynasty, an extraordinarily brilliant, translucent glaze gives the porcelain a bluish, greenish or yellowish shimmer, depending on the surrounding light. Finest water shades reflect the freshness, purity and lightness of the food.
Light, with a delicate appearance – nevertheless robust enough for the rough and tumble of daily use.
The porcelain is baked at approx. 1,300°C: This makes it durable and scratch resistant, provides for strong edges and it is not prone to cracking. All items are easy to clean in the dishwasher. You can enjoy this beautiful tableware over a lifetime.
