Silicone baking moulds with micro perforations for optimal air and heat circulation.

Moisture can accumulate and make dough soggy in a conventional, solid baking sheet, but this mould features numerous perforations that serve to keep the dough dry. At the same time, hot air can circulate so heat is distributed evenly. Rolls and baguettes will be baked steadily and become crispy and golden brown all around, plus they will all be the same perfect shape and size.
Freshly baked, according to your own recipe, whenever you want.
Whether you like sweet breakfast rolls or savoury olive baguettes, dark variations of rye or spelt bread, or perhaps prefer walnuts, poppy seeds, sesame seeds, grains, ... the possibilities are endless.
Lifting the baked goods from the flexible silicone is a piece of cake.
Thanks to the extremely smooth surface the goods won’t break or stick and dough won’t burn or clog the perforations.
