You can now roll out yeast dough, shortcrust pastry and puff pastry directly on the baking sheet or in a springform tin. Rolls out easily to the edges and into all the corners. This 8cm (3") wide silicone roller has a conical shape – so it even works in round cake tins.

Thanks to its weight (290g/10 oz), you can flatten dough effortlessly to any desired thickness. Made of 18/10 stainless steel with an ergonomically shaped handle. Suitable for right or left-handed use. Easy to clean in the dishwasher. Heat resistant up to 250°C. 19cm (7") long. Roller 4-4.5cm (1 2⁄3-1 4⁄5") wide.
