The passion for golf depicted in comical art.

Premium hand-painted sculpture by artist Guillermo Forchino.

Handled with real humour, the artist captures the ambition of the ardent golfer and his quirks on the green. This is a charming novelty piece designed by Guillermo Forchino that will strike a note with golfers everywhere.
The endearing, whimsical nuances will be familiar to many.
The golfer is ready for the perfect drive, assuming an impeccable posture and concentrating hard on the ball. The bulging tartan shorts, white sweater, plus green hat and socks overstate the classic style of dress of the British sports enthusiast. The previous attempt of the golfer was apparently a total failure: The sod on the golf club and the missing piece of turf at his feet are unmistakable proof of it. Fortunately the golfer has a spare ball, another tee and a towel in his pocket.
Each figure is made from hand-painted polyresin.
The high-quality cast resin is seamless, so it resembles ceramic without being delicate. After drying, the clothes, facial expressions and all the details are manually applied with fine brush strokes.
A beautiful piece for collectors and a great gift for sports fans.
Presented in premium quality wrapping. The "newspaper" is specially designed by the artist himself. Dimensions 26 x 18 x 38cm (10.2" x 7.1" x 15") (L x W x H). Weight 2.1kg (4.6 lbs).
Born in 1952 in Rosario/Argentina, Guillermo Forchino is one of the most famous cartoonists of France, his second home. He lives in Paris, where he mastered the art of sculptural work at the Sorbonne. With humour and subtle irony, he is able to implement comic subjects in an artistic way.
