Designed in the 70s. Now more fashionable than ever before.
Only Hackett London can make stripes look so beautiful.
Multicoloured striped summer shirts are bang on-trend. But in terms of appearance there are big differences between “simply bold” and “simply beautiful”. After a long search and evaluation, we have found a very beautiful garment. Lo and behold, a striped shirt whose design dates back to the 1970s.
From the Hackett London design archive.
Jeremy Hackett was born in 1953 and is considered an icon of sophisticated British chic. He is the creator of this shirt: The five colours (black, red, blue, green and yellow) harmonise perfectly, and the varying width stripes clearly bear Hackett’s signature style.
Relaunched in the best fabric.
Hackett London has now brought this design classic out from the archive and has manufactured it using a modern fabric. The pure linen is light, breathable and has elegant creases.
