Pima cotton and fine silk make this poncho really light, soft and great for summer.

Highly fashionable thanks to the roll-neck. By knitwear specialist Clark Ross.

Most knitted ponchos are chunky and made from cotton or even wool. If one, on the other hand, spins finer yarn (12 gauge in this instance) and uses Pima cotton and elegantly shimmering silk, one gets an incomparably soft, yet long-lasting poncho like this one which is suitable for the summer.
Pima cotton only thrives really well in the climatic conditions of Peru.
There it reaches a fineness of 3.2-3.9 microns (compared to US Pima cotton with 4.6-5.5 microns, one can say that US Pima cotton is significantly coarser). It is one of the extra-long staple cotton varieties and accounts for only a maximum of 2-3% of the world’s cotton harvest. And in Peru, Pima cotton is still picked and sorted by hand. Harvesting it this way makes it chemical-free, skin-friendly and rare.

Wide flared style. Length: 103cm (40.6"). Colour: Petrol. 85% cotton, 15% silk. Hand wash.
