Can I view Pro-Idee items?
It is possible to view our products in our retail outlets. These are located in
Aachen and at Cologne/Bonn and Dusseldorf airports. Please note that not all the
products listed in the catalogue and online store are available in our retail outlets.
You are welcome to phone in advance to enquire about the availability of specific
products. The opening times and phone numbers are available here.

What should I do if I have seen a product for a lower price from a different supplier?
