Barbecuing on hot salt stone is very trendy, and with good reason: Fish and meat are wonderfully juicy and tender. Nothing burns. Juices, vitamins and flavours are preserved. Now you can finally produce crispy chicken using the gentle salt stone method.
Simply preheat the 100% natural salt cone in the oven or on the barbecue.
After 30 - 45 minutes it will reach the optimum temperature (150 - 200°C). Add the seasoned chicken and grill with the lid closed. While the chicken is browned and becomes crispy all around the outside, the hot salt stone will cook it gently and evenly on the inside. Leaking fat drips into the stainless steel drip tray.
Important minerals and small amounts of salt go into your barbecued chicken.
But don’t worry: The wear and tear on the salt cone is so low that you can use it for many years. Measures 14.7 x 6.2cm (5.8" x 2.4") (H x diameter), weighs 860g (30.3 oz). After use, simply rinse under running water without detergent.

The secret of the gentle grill method.
Since salt stone is only about 1/20 as conductive as metal, the heat flows much more slowly. There is also less heat, the food does not become so hot and does not burn. The coveted crust develops just as quickly, but the food is cooked much more gently on the inside.
