Designer Eberhard Woike spent 10 years fine-tuning the "Lazy Susi" to strip it down to the essentials. The outcome: An 8mm glass platter mounted on bearings made of polished stainless steel. A hushed rolling sound is perceptible as the 16mm (2/3") in diameter bearings move within the groove while turning the platter around its circuit.
