Instead of conventional oyster knives this oyster knife has a unique fin on the bottom of the handle to give you optimal leverage. As a result, only a slight twisting motion with the knife will be enough to lift the top shell. What’s more, instead of just one side side, as is usually the case, the 2mm thick blade of this knife is ground sharply on both sides. This way, you don’t have to turn the knife after insertion; simply separate the hinge with the other side of the blade. Shell and oyster meat will remain intact after shucking.
Suitable for right and left handed people.
The wing will protect your hands from the sharp blade and the sharp shells, plus it prevents uncontrolled piercing.
