More than 120 years of experience in manufacturing cheese utensils goes into these award-winning cheese knives. In addition to the patented non-stick coating, specialist Boska has also incorporated a waffle structure into the blades, which further reduces the contact area and therefore the surface adhesion. This ensures that even creamy-soft blue cheese does not stick.

Soft cheese knife with extra narrow, straight blade – perfect for creamy-soft brie, camembert, ... Semi-hard cheese knife with forked tip and serrated edge: cuts perfect slices of semi-hard cheeses (e.g. Gouda, Cheddar, Edam). Thanks to the recesses, even semi-hard “butter cheese” loosens very well. With the hard cheese knife, you can effortlessly break and cut off pieces from e.g. Parmesan. Thanks to the fine edges, sharpened on both sides, the knives glide as though through butter and without the need for much pressure.

Made entirely of brushed stainless steel. Each measure between 21 – 26cm (10.2") L. Can be held securely with the 16mm (0.63") thick handles. Each weighs between 108 – 124g (3.8 – 4.4oz).
