With this smoking pan you can conjure up hot or warm-smoked delicacies electrically – safe, clean and perfectly precise. Without foul-smelling spirit, without gas and without open flames. In the comfort of your own kitchen. The tight-fitting glass lid keeps smoke and odours inside the non-stick coated stainless steel pan.

With hot smoking (120°C), spare ribs, pulled pork, etc. are cooked gently at the same time, to become juicy and soft with the coveted smoky flavour. Fresh salmon, pork, cheese, etc. are smoked completely at a gentle 60°C smoking temperature. Or you can choose the automatic combination programme: First warm smoking, then hot smoking in one go.
Easy and safe to handle.
You only need to put wood chips and, if desired, herbs in the smoking box. Insert the food to be smoked, close the lid and set the desired type and duration of smoking by means of a button (tables included). A signal will alert you when your specialties are ready.
