Waterproof backpack made of PVC tarpaulin – keeps your clothes dry.
Protection from downpours, mist and snow. Ideal for trekking, winter and water sports.
PVC Tarpaulin was originally developed as protective covering for lorries and yachts. The fabric has excellent properties - it’s 100% waterproof, extremely robust yet lightweight - and is now being used to make this backpack.
Saturated PVC - impregnated instead of just spray-coated.
Unlike cheaper, thin laminates the base fabric of tarpaulin is impregnated with PVC. It’s saturated to fibre level, so the material gets a voluminous rubber-like smoothness resulting in a sealed surface that repels any moisture.
Special roll-click closure: No moisture can get through the bag.
Simply roll up (3 times) the backpack opening, fix it with a click, lock the tarpaulin hood over it and your backpack will be completely waterproof. The backpack can withstand mid to heavy rain for hours, and even with short immersions, the contents remain dry.
26-litre storage space, easy to pack.
With a reinforced base for a firm stance. Thanks to the wide opening it is quick to pack everything. No fiddly compartments to hinder you. The outer mesh pocket with reflective tape keeps wet stuff/shoes cleanly separated from the interior. A zip pocket (included) can be attached with hook and loop fastener to the inside.
Padded straps. Hip belt. Ventilation through mesh back pad. Comfortable to wear, even after many hours.
In striking colours of red and black, clearly visible even in mist and snow. Size approx. 29 x 48 x 24cm (11.4" x 18.9" x 9.4") (W x H x D). Weight approx. 1kg (2.2 lbs). The outside and inside are both washable. From Feelfree®.
