Marcello C Dive Watch Nettuno 3
Award winner in 2003. A classic ever since. Yet now improved even further.
The “Nettuno” dive watch by Marcello C.
Every year, more than 25,000 readers from “Uhren-Magazin” and “Focus” magazines choose what they think are the best watches in the world: The “Goldene Unruh” is one of the most coveted audience awards in the industry and was won by the “Nettuno” by Marcello C in 2003. Since then the popular diver‘s watch has been awarded several other prizes – and has continued to be improved in numerous ways.
New in 2016: Ceramic bezel, helium valve, stainless steel case back with magnetic field protection.
As it‘s 3 to 4 times harder than steel, ceramic is extremely impact and scratch resistant. The bezel with countdown function locks only to the left so it can not be adjusted accidentally while diving. It is also useful for monitoring parking time. The massive, satinised stainless steel case is highly polished at the sides. Finely rounded edges protect your cuffs. The crown is screwed like a submarine hatch and secured with side protection.
30 bar water resistant.
Despite its affordable price tag the “Nettuno 3” comprises only the best components, such as the manually mounted Swiss precision movement ETA 2824-2. The watch also features an automatic movement with 25 jewels, +3 to +6 sec./day deviation and 42-hour power reserve. The hour/minute markers, the hands and the zero point of the bezel are covered with Superluminova C3 and light up to be clearly legible in the dark. The date window is magnified significantly through the magnifying glass in the scratch-resistant, anti-reflective sapphire crystal. Black dial. Massive, satin link bracelet with fold-over clasp and extension links. Size 40mm (1.6″) diameter, 13.8mm (0.5″) thick. Weight 180g (6.3 oz). Comes in a stylish case.
