Your guests will be delighted when you make this specialty – in true Finnish tradition. You only need this special salmon board, a charcoal grill, smoker or a brazier (with sides up to 4mm (0.2") thick) and you are ready to produce the perfect smoked salmon.

Put a lightly salted side of salmon onto the board with the skin side, and head, down. Fasten the fish with the stainless steel clasp. Attach the bracket to the edge of the fire basket and insert the salmon board. That’s it!

The cooking angle can be adjusted continuously – without effort and without tools. A special tilting system keeps the board steady at the desired angle. The board, made of 2cm (0.8") solid birch wood, is re-usable several times in a season. Size: 15 x 50cm (5.9" x 19.7"). Weight incl. clasp and bracket: 1.5kg (3.3 lbs). Before use, it is advisable to rub the wooden board with cooking oil. All metal parts are made of stainless steel and are dishwasher safe. Made in Germany.
