Supplementary terms of business for the EU single market, cross-border deliveries to EU countries, EFTA states and third countries.

When orders are placed for articles that are not identified by , the shipping cost for foreign port, insurance and packaging is:

  • £ 12.00 For deliveries into EU and EFTA countries.

  • £ 32.00 For deliveries to Argentina, Australia, Bosnia-Herzegovina, Brazil, Cape Verde Islands, Chile, Dubai, Gibraltar, Hong Kong, Japan, Canada, Korea, Croatia, Malaysia, F.Y.R. Macedonia, Mexico, Montenegro, New Zealand, Serbia, Singapore, South Africa, Thailand, Turkey and USA.

  • £ 52.00 Albania, Russia, Ukraine and Belarus.

When orders are placed for products identified by , we will be happy on inquiry to inform you of the shipping costs that will be charged.


Choose the method of payment which is easiest for you:
  • By credit card:
    We accept Visa, MasterCard and American Express. Just state the card number, expiry date and security code in the signature space on the rear of the card.

VAT and duty:
  • EU single market:
    We will invoice the respective national valid value added tax. It is already included in our catalogue prices. So the VAT normally charged in the country will not apply. Duties will not be charged.

  • EFTA and third countries:
    We shall deduct the national VAT from the catalogue price. The postal service making the delivery will charge the VAT rate customary in the country to which the item is being delivered. Additional custom duties may apply.

You can try out any item in the comfort of your own home. If you are not completely satisfied you may return any item, within 30 days for a complete refund, replacement or credit. (Please return in good condition in the original packaging). Please obtain proof of postage when you despatch your return. This guarantee does not affect your statutory rights.

If, during the guarantee period, you have a valid reason for complaint, Pro-Idee will repair, replace or refund the item. Should the repair or replacement item not be satisfactory, Pro-Idee will refund the purchase price. No further action will be needed. This guarantee does not cover defects arising from normal wear and tear or misuse. Please retain your invoice as proof of purchase to validate your guarantee. The guarantee period will take effect from the date of invoice.
