Finally – a black bathrobe which can be washed in hot temps and won’t fade.
A bathrobe washed at normal temps may turn out clean but is a far cry from being pristine. Only a hot wash kills almost all bacteria. That’s why most bathrobes are almost always white – other colours would quickly fade at 95°C.
A deep black that can handle being washed in boiling hot temps: Perfect hygiene for the pool, sauna or spa.
The German family company Carl Ross has developed a bathrobe which retains its stylish black look one hot wash after the other. Their secret: During the vat dying process, the colour completely penetrates the inside of the fibres so the fabric stays black over the long run.
Much more absorbent thanks to a 25% higher loop density.
While typical terry cloth makes do with 48 loops per cm², your new bathrobe dries you with 60 soft, thirsty loops – ideal after a bath, shower or the sauna. Thanks to the long pile brushed cotton, the medium-weight weave (380g/m² or 13.4 oz/sqyd) is exceptionally fleecy. With shawl collar, tie belt, and 2 patch pockets. Length for size 40: 130cm (51"). Colour: Black. 100% cotton. Machine wash at 95°C.
