We have collaborated with the shirt specialists Claude Dufour to improve our favourite Fashion Classics shirts. The shirt is still made from the finest Egyptian cotton.
What’s new is the luxury pinpoint-Oxford fabric.
Thanks to the particularly fine-grained surface it is just as durable, practical and crease-free as regular Oxford except it is even softer. Plus it is pleasantly airy and kind to the skin.
Unlike shirts with a non-iron finish (which usually only lasts a few washes), this shirt will always be really easy to iron thanks to its special finish.
The softly shimmering buttons are made from rare Trochacea (made from the shell of the sea snail). The buttons, which are sewn on a stem and heat-sealed for longevity, are easy to open and close. Around 180 embroidery stitches hold the buttonholes in shape. Thanks to the premium cotton inlays the collar and cuffs will always look great. Regular fit with rounded hem – perfect under jackets or pullovers. Optionally as a classic shirt in white or blue (with attached breast pocket and adjustable round cuffs). Or as a formal shirt for evening wear in white (without pocket and with round French cuff). Both shirts have a spread collar and removable collar stiffeners. Length in collar size 16": 84cm (33"). Sleeve length: 67cm (26 2/5"). Machine wash at 40°C. 100% cotton. Contains non-textile parts of animal origin (buttons). Supplied in an elegant shirt box. Exclusive to Fashion Classics.
