And gives your planter a fascinating and mysterious glow which looks amazingly warm and rich. (Much more beautiful than common gold varnish which often has a dull and artificial appearance.)
Pleasantly light but won’t tip over.
No comparison to simple cast plastic: This planter is made of fibreglass, one layer at a time. Originally used to build boats, this
material is absolutely waterproof. Weights installed in the base ensure that the high, conical form doesn’t tip over easily. Just wipe down with a moist cloth. 29cm (11 2⁄5") deep insert. Measures 90 x 50cm (35 2⁄5" x 19 7⁄10") (H x diam.). Weight approx. 22kg (48.4 lbs).
