The lounging area as well as the head and foot sections have soft round edges which support you comfortably. Children love to curl up on it. The roll cushion is actually the inflated carrying bag. A ribbon and clip keep it attached to the lounger to prevent it from slipping away. When the roll is no longer needed, just open the valves to deflate it so it can be used again to carry your folded-up lounger.
